From engaging with the ‘hardest to reach’ audiences to help them switch to Digital TV; to delivery of our multi award-winning Tackling Fraud Together programme, Outreach Solutions Limited have been at the forefront of delivering successful behaviour-change campaigns of huge social value, for over 12 years.
Our achievements have been astounding: Across more than 30 programmes we have helped support, advise and empower over 1 million individuals across the whole of the UK.
It is with great sadness therefore, that Outreach Solutions will be closing its doors at the end of 2019.
We would like to thank our clients and funders, and our hundreds of partners from the voluntary and community sector who have helped us deliver some of the most important and effective campaigns of social value the UK has seen.
We have started conversations, and those conversations will continue to empower, support and protect for a long time to come.

We work on projects which make a difference: projects that aim to break down barriers and create opportunities for a wide range of individuals and communities.
We design, manage and deliver behaviour-change and awareness-raising programmes, from small local projects to larger UK-wide programmes. We specialise in reaching audiences who are traditionally thought of as 'hard to reach and more difficult to engage, or who tend not to respond to traditional media. These communities are typically the following groups older people, socially isolated people, BME groups and people with sensory, mobility or dexterity impairments; learning difficulties; mental health conditions; English as a second language ............. and they make up around 20% of the UK population!

Digital Outreach was first set up in 2007 to engage target groups with important messages around the digital TV switchover and the support that was available. It quickly became clear that the outreach model was highly effective in engaging audiences who are harder to reach and encouraging individuals to take action. Under our new brand Outreach Solutions we have successfully transferred the model to other sectors and subjects, to deliver campaigns from health awareness to tackling fraud.
WHAT WE DO
We deliver communications and behaviour change campaigns through the voluntary and community sector. Harnessing the existing networks within communities we can help drive real and sustained behaviour change.
Our pioneering outreach model harnesses trusted voices within communities to drive engagement, primarily through face-to-face communication. Reaching people in an environment in which they are comfortable and which facilitates peer to peer communication increases their receptiveness to messaging.
This approach enables us to effectively deliver large-scale programmes where the voluntary and community sector focuses on engaging individuals at grass-roots level within their own communities. We provide the framework, project management, advice, support and training to ensure projects make a real and measurable impact.
CLIENTS & CAMPAIGNS
From the start of our journey in 2007 engaging the hardest to reach individuals during the UK's switch to Digital TV, we have subsequently delivered multiple campaigns of social value across many sectors.
Our work has centred on a wide range of important issues to society such as digital inclusion, cancer awareness, fuel poverty, sexual health, reducing food waste and fraud prevention.
