What We Do

We deliver engagement for communications and behaviour-change campaigns through the voluntary and community sector. By harnessing the existing networks within communities, we can help drive real and sustained behaviour change.

Our original purpose was to engage people around digital TV switchover; however, it quickly became clear that the voluntary and community sector could be an effective channel for the communications challenges facing many sectors.

Our outreach model harnesses trusted voices within communities to drive engagement, primarily through face-to-face communication. Reaching people in an environment they are comfortable in and which facilitates peer-to-peer communication increases their receptiveness to messaging.

This approach enables us to effectively deliver large-scale programmes where the voluntary and community sector focuses on engaging individuals at grass-roots level within their own communities. We provide the framework, project management, advice, support and training to ensure projects make a real and measurable impact.
